Position Mission
Build strong relationships with the team, steward the P&L/Balance Sheet and direction of AYSP. Use our strategic plan to create daily, weekly, and quarterly execution that delivers profitable growth, cash reliability, and best‑in‑market client, coworker, and company experience.
SHOP LEADER
- Drives revenue goals
- Monitors gross margin and cash flow
- Assesses call capacity and planning
- Aligns pricing and field execution
- Regular ride-alongs with plumbers to support and review their process
OPTIMAL PLAYBOOK ARCHITECT
- Monitor plumbers/trainee’s adherence to using the optimal playbook weekly
- Determine how ServiceTitan can help us equip the plumbers to follow the process on each call, including a completed Plumbing Performance Plan (PPP form) and unique “thank you” note to each client post call
- Verify invoices have “could, should, must” options tied to the price book
- Maintain huddles, audits, after‑action reviews that make performance more predictable
PEOPLE BUILDER
- Hire the right people based on need and aligned “will and skill”
- Develop people to meet their personal and client satisfaction goals
- Acts like a coach and right-size consequences
- Cultivates a high‑trust and high‑accountability culture
CLIENT EXPERIENCE CHAMPION
- Ensures “At Your Service” level of Client Expectation Management
- Verifies that scheduling and dispatch work seamlessly
- Proper tech hygiene
- Follow-through across all client work to produce 5‑star service and loyalty
- Focuses on growing our Diamond Club memberships
- Reviews work to ensure profitability
RISK & SAFETY STEWARD
- Drives zero‑harm behaviors
- Maintains compliance
- Monitors fleet/field safety as non‑negotiables
- Makes certain we have the proper tools and materials
OWNER’S PROXY
- Makes day‑to‑day decisions within guardrails
- Escalates issues only when thresholds or strategic shifts are at stake
- Prioritizes a weekly sync meeting with the owner
- Executes a quarterly meeting with owner and strategic advisory team
